Tumour grade	gradus	The degree of tumour differentiation (gradus) is recorded directly according to the reports. The degree is recorded primarily from the surgical specimen. The grade given for the preoperative needle sample/biopsy is always preliminary, and the grade for the surgical preparation always replaces the information for the previous needle sample.
