Primary purpose: To assess the overall survival of patients eligible for CAR-T therapy. The secondary goals are: (i) to evaluate the overall survival of patients who have undergone CAR-T treatment, (ii) to assess the effectiveness of CAR-T in real-world settings, and (iii) to examine both the short-term and long-term safety profile of CAR-T in real-life conditions.

Type of information: longitudinal. Comprehensive data on patients treated with Chimeric Antigen Receptor T (CAR-T) cells for hematological malignancies. It includes patient demographics (age, gender, weight), clinical characteristics (tumor types, disease stage, ECOG performance status), treatment details (pre- and post-CAR-T protocols, infusion specifics), adverse events (toxicity and side effects), relapse data, and vital status (survival outcomes and overall survival rates).
