Tags are written using double square brackets [[ ]]. The syntax is as follows:

<nowiki>[[tagName::tagValue]]</nowiki>
Replace tagName with the specific tag name and tagValue with the corresponding value.

Example:
To tag a piece of information with the tag "hasDatabase" and value "Database: Finnish Cancer Registry", you would write it as follows:

<nowiki>[[hasDatabase::Database: Finnish Cancer Registry (Finland)|Database: Finnish Cancer Registry)]]</nowiki>.

The text to the left of | is the actual text that will serve as a link to an already existing page or, if the page doesn't exist yet, a link to create a new page. The text to the right of | is the text that will show in the actual page. In this example, this was done because the link is found in the Finland page, so it would be redundant to show that information in the context of the Finland page. However, when a user accesses the database, they need to know what country that database is from, which is why the actual name of the database is "Database: Finnish Cancer Registry (Finland)".
