= Vaginal cancer = Vaginal cancer is much rarer in Croatia compared to endometrial and cervical cancer. By available data, there were fewer than 50 new cases in 2022. Due to its rarity, vaginal cancer often presents a challenge in diagnosis and treatment. According to the stage, vaginal cancer can be divided into: Stage 1 - disease limited to the walls of the vagina Stage 2 - the disease has spread to the surrounding tissue, but still only in the area of the pelvis Stage 3 - all organs and tissues of the pelvis are affected, except for the bladder and rectum Stage 4 โ bladder, rectum and distant organs and tissues are affected (e.g.ย lungs and bones)
