Title: A Study of Mirvetuximab Soravtansine in Platinum-Resistant, Advanced High-Grade Epithelial Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal, or Fallopian Tube Cancers With High Folate Receptor-Alpha Expression
Study Summary: This study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) in patients with platinum-resistant high-grade serous epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, whose tumors express a high-level of Folate Receptor-Alpha (FRα). Patients will be, in the opinion of the Investigator, appropriate for single-agent therapy for their next line of therapy. All patients will receive single-agent MIRV at 6 mg/kg adjusted ideal body weight administered on Day 1 of every 3-week cycle.

Title: A Study to Evaluate Pertuzumab + Trastuzumab + Docetaxel vs. Placebo + Trastuzumab + Docetaxel in Previously Untreated HER2-Positive Metastatic Breast Cancer
Study Summary: This study was a Phase III, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter international clinical trial conducted to investigate the use of pertuzumab in combination with trastuzumab and docetaxel as first-line treatment for participants with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive metastatic breast cancer (MBC). Participants could have received one prior hormonal treatment for MBC. Participants may have received systemic breast cancer treatment in the neo-adjuvant or adjuvant setting, provided that the participant had experienced a disease-free interval (DFI) of greater than or equal to (≥)12 months from completion of adjuvant systemic treatment (excluding hormonal therapy) to metastatic diagnosis. Participants may have received trastuzumab and/or a taxane during the neo-adjuvant or adjuvant treatment. Participants were randomized in 1:1 ratio to receive either pertuzumab or placebo, along with trastuzumab and docetaxel once every 3 weeks (q3w), during the treatment phase of the study until investigator-assessed radiographic or clinical progressive disease, unmanageable toxicity, or study termination. Participants in the Placebo arm were not allowed to receive open-label pertuzumab after discontinuation from study treatment. However, if any analysis of overall survival had met the predefined criteria for statistical significance, participants in the Placebo arm still on treatment were offered the option to receive open-label pertuzumab in addition to other study medications.

Title: Comparison of Multi-parametric and Bi-parametric Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Men With Suspicion of Prostate Cancer
Study Summary: To compare the detection rate of biparametric (bp) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for clinically significant prostate cancer (PCa) with that of multiparametric (mp)-MRI, in biopsy-naïve patients. Today, bp-MRI is not the standard diagnostic procedure, however preliminary studies showed its non-inferiority with respect to mp-MRI. Its implementation on a wide scale could significantly reduce examination costs (no iv contrast agent and no endorectal coil), and study time. Secondary objectives will be: * to assess specificity of a blood test based on microRNA (miR) score in biopsy-naïve patients, using pathological assessment after MR-guided biopsy as reference standard. If specificity of the miR score is higher than that of PSA, then fewer patients will undergo unnecessary MRI, thus increasing the efficiency of the diagnostic pipeline for PCa; * to develop a clinical decision support system (CDSS) based on MRI and circulating miR evaluation, to stratify patients according to their risk of PCa progression, using pathological assessment after prostatectomy as reference standard. Patients will be stratified into two classes of risk: i) low-risk PCa, in which patients may benefit from a conservative approach (i.e. active surveillance), and ii) medium/high-risk PCa in which patients should undergo radical treatment (i.e. surgery or radiation therapy).

Title: A Study to Assess Disease Activity of Intravenously (IV) Infused Telisotuzumab Vedotin in Adult Participants With Advanced/Metastatic Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
Study Summary: Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to determine how telisotuzumab vedotin affects the disease state in adult participants with previously untreated participants with MET amplified non-squamous NSCLC. Change in disease activity will be assessed. Telisotuzumab vedotin is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of MET amplified non-squamous NSCLC. Participants receive intravenously (IV) infused of telisotuzumab vedotin. Approximately 70 adult participants with previously untreated MET amplified locally advanced/metastatic non-squamous NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in approximately 110 sites worldwide. Participants will receive IV telisotuzumab vedotin every 2 weeks until meeting study drug discontinuation criteria. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

Title: Dietary Habits, Metabolome, Immune Profile and Microbiota in Patients With Bone Sarcoma
Study Summary: Osteosarcoma and Ewing sarcoma treatment has not changed in the last 30 years. For other types of cancer the epidemiologic and prognostic correlations between dietary behavior, lifestyle and metabolic alterations (i.e.obesity, insulin-resistance) are well known (breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer). However, no epidemiological or prognostic data are available about the metabolic profile and lifestyle behaviors in patients with osteosarcoma and Ewing’sarcoma and only few preclinical studies are available. An in vitro study showed a higher glucose and glutamine consumption from metastatic osteosarcoma cells compared to primary tumor osteosarcoma cells. The effect of the intestinal microbiota into the metabolism of nutrients, drugs, inflammation, epigenetic and immune response was found not only correlated to gastrointestinal tumors but also to other tumors outside gastrointestinal system as well The aim of this study is to investigate if there are differential dietary habits, metabolome, microbiota or immune profile in patients with bone sarcoma compared to a control population in a 1:2 multicenter study.

Title: A Study to Test Different Doses of BI 1810631 in People With Different Types of Advanced Cancer (Solid Tumours With Changes in the HER2 Gene)
Study Summary: The study has 2 parts. The first part is open to adults with different types of advanced cancer (solid tumours with changes in the HER2 gene) for whom previous treatment was not successful. The second part is open to people with non-small cell lung cancer with a specific mutation in the HER2 gene. The purpose of the first study part is to find the highest dose of a medicine called BI 1810631 the participants can tolerate. Once this dose is found, it will be used in the second study part to tests whether BI 1810631 can make tumours shrink. In this study, BI 1810631 is given to people for the first time. Participants take BI 1810631 as tablets once a day or twice a day. The participants are in the study for as long as they benefit from and can tolerate treatment. Study doctors regularly check the participants’ health and monitor the tumours. The doctors also take note of any unwanted effects that could have been caused by BI 1810631.

Title: Minimally Invasive Right Colectomy Anastomosis Study
Study Summary: Right colectomy (hemicolectomy) involves the removal of the cecum, the ascending colon, the hepatic flexure, the first one-third of the transverse colon, part of the terminal ileum, and the associated regional fat and lymph nodes, and is the accepted treatment for malignant neoplasms of the right colon. A minimally invasive approach is commonly used for right colectomy, with studies reporting reduced complications, less blood loss, and hospital stay when compared to an open approach. However, there remains controversy regarding whether robotic assistance is advantageous for this technique and whether an intracorporeal (ICA) or extracorporeal anastomosis (ECA) is best. MIRCAST is a prospective, observational, international, multi-center, 4-parallel-cohorts study. Sites or surgeons will select a cohort of the study for which they are qualified. Four cohorts will be the subject of study: # Robotic Right Colectomy with ICA # Robotic Right Colectomy with ECA # Laparoscopic Right Colectomy with ICA # Laparoscopic Right Colectomy with ECA All patient assessments will be done according to the sites standard of care. Parameters routinely recorded during right colectomy surgery will be collected prospectively. Enrolled subjects will undergo assessments at the following intervals: pre-operative, operative, discharge, 30 days, 3 months, 1 year and 2 years post-surgery.

Title: Study of Subcutaneous Epcoritamab in Combination With Intravenous Rituximab and Oral Lenalidomide (R2) to Assess Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity in Adult Participants With Follicular Lymphoma
Study Summary: Follicular Lymphoma (FL) is the second most common B-cell cancer and the most common type of cancer of lymphocytes. Unfortunately, this disease is incurable with conventional treatment and the disease recurs in almost all patients. This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab is in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) in treating adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) FL. Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of FL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 3 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Enrollment to one of the groups is closed. Around 500 adult participants with R/R FL will be enrolled in approximately 300 sites across the world. Participants will receive R2 (375 mg/m^2 intravenous infusion of rituximab up to 5 cycles and oral capsules of 20 mg lenalidomide for up to 12 cycles) alone or in combination with subcutaneous injections of epcoritamab for up to 12 cycles (each cycle is 28 days). There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

Title: MSB0011359C (M7824) in Metastatic or Locally Advanced Solid Tumors
Study Summary: The main purpose of this Phase I study is to test MSB0011359C (M7824) at different dose levels to see if it is safe and well tolerated when given once every 2 weeks. Phase I means the study drug has not previously been given to humans or has only been given to a limited number of people, although it has been extensively studied in animals. Based on this information, it is hoped to find out which dose could be best for the treatment of patients. There are two parts of this research study: a dose-escalation part and an expansion part. Dose escalation means that the first people taking part in the study will receive low doses of the study drug, and as more people take part, the additional participants will receive a higher dose. This is done to find the safest dose for the study drug. Expansion means that after the dose-escalation part of the study has looked at the safety and effectiveness of different doses, many more people will be invited to take part in the study and will receive the study drug at the safest dose. Additional purposes of the study are to find out whether the study drug has anti-cancer effects and how the study drug is processed by the body.

Nine sites in Spain, 3 sites in Italy and 1 site in the United Kingdom. C1 to 6 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of the sunitinib plus nivolumab combination as measured by PFSR at 6 months (CS/DDCS, EMC, VS, SFT, CCS cohorts) and at 12 months (ASPS cohort). Treatment: Adult patients will receive an initial induction phase (IP) from day 1 to day 14 of sunitinib 37.5 mg/day followed by a maintenance phase (MP) of sunitinib 25mg/day continuously + nivolumab 240mg every 2 weeks. Pediatric patients will receive an initial IP from day 1 to day 14 of (<18 years) sunitinib at 25 mg/day unless the body surface area (BSA) of the patient is >1.7. If BSA is >1.7, then sunitinib 37.5 mg/day will be given followed by a MP of sunitinib 25 mg/day continuously + nivolumab 240 mg every 2 weeks regimen (if weight ≥40 kg) or sunitinib 25 mg/day continuously + nivolumab 3 mg/kg every 2 weeks regimen (if weight <40kg). Treatment will continue until disease progression, development of unacceptable toxicity, non-compliance, withdrawal of consent by the patient or investigator decision. C 7 Objective: To determine the MTD of the epirubicin + ifosfamide + nivolumab combination in undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma and of the doxorubicin + dacarbazine + nivolumab combination in leiomyosarcoma. Treatment: Cohort 7a dose level 0: Patients will receive epirubicin dose of 60 mg/m2/d, d1 and d2 IV 20 minutes; followed by ifosfamide 3 g/m2/d d1-3, IV 3h with MESNA protection (40% of total dose of ifosfamide in each administration at 0, 3 and 6 h from ifosfamide initiation). Once finished Ifosfamide infusion of day 3, nivolumab is administered during 30 minutes, at dose of 360 mg IV, Q3W. GCSF support is mandatory. One-year maintenance of nivolumab is foreseen in the absence of progressive disease. If three or more DLTs occur nivolumab dose will be lowered to dose level -1 where patients will receive epirubicin dose of 60 mg/m2/d, d1 and d2 IV 20 minutes; followed by ifosfamide 3 g/m2/d d1-3, IV 3h with MESNA protection (40% of total dose of ifosfamide in each administration at 0, 3 and 6 h from ifosfamide initiation). Once finished Ifosfamide infusion of day 3, nivolumab is administered during 30 minutes, at dose of 240 mg IV, Q3W. GCSF support is mandatory. One-year maintenance of nivolumab is foreseen in the absence of progressive disease. Cohort 7b dose level 0: Patients will receive doxorubicin at dose of 75 mg/m2/d, d1 IV 20 minutes; followed by dacarbazine 400 mg//m2/d IV 60 minutes. Dacarbazine is administered also on day 2 of cycle. Once finished Dacarbazine infusion of day 2, nivolumab is administered for 30 minutes, at dose of 360 mg IV, Q3W. GCSF support is mandatory. One-year maintenance of nivolumab is foreseen in the absence of progressive disease. If three or more DLTs occur nivolumab dose will be lowered to dose level -1 where patients will receive doxorubicin at dose of 75 mg/m2/d, d1 IV 20 minutes; followed by dacarbazine 400 mg//m2/d IV 60 minutes. Dacarbazine is administered also on day 2 of cycle. Once finished dacarbazine infusion of day 2, nivolumab is administered for 30 minutes, at dose of 240 mg IV, Q3W. GCSF support is mandatory. One-year maintenance of nivolumab is foreseen in the absence of progressive disease. C 8 Objectives:To determine the MTD of the MAP + nivolumab combination (phase I). Proportion of patients achieving good pathological response (phase II) Treatment dose level 0: In the IP, patients will receive CDDP 120 mg/m2 in 48h IV infusion (days 1-2) followed by doxorubicin 75 mg/m2 in 48h IV infusion (days 3-4). CDDP and doxorubicin will be given on days 1-4 and 36-39. Nivolumab administration will start on day 4 at flat dose 240 mg (after the end of doxorubicin), being the following doses administered on days 18, 39, and 53 (240 mg). HD methotrexate at 12 g/m2 in 2-h infusion will be administered on days 22, 29, 57, and 64. Surgery will be performed after finishing IP. Adjuvant chemotherapy will be administered after surgery. Study Summary: B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). The purpose of this study is to assess the change in disease activity of epcoritamab when combined with intravenous and oral rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) or R-CHOP in adult participants globally with diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Change in disease activity will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of DLBCL. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Participants will receive epcoritamab combined with R-CHOP, followed by epcoritamab or R-CHOP followed by rituximab will be explored. Approximately 900 adult participants with with newly diagnosed DLBCL will be enrolled in the study in approximately 315 sites in globally. In the Arm 1, participants will receive subcutaneous epcoritamab combined with intravenous and oral R-CHOP followed by subcutaneous epcoritamab in 21-day cycles. In the Arm 2, participants will receive intravenous and oral R-CHOP followed by intravenous rituximab in 21-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

Title: Brightline-1: A Study to Compare BI 907828 With Doxorubicin in People With a Type of Cancer Called Dedifferentiated Liposarcoma
Study Summary: This study is open to people with a type of cancer called dedifferentiated liposarcoma. People with advanced liposarcoma aged 18 or older who are not receiving any other cancer treatment can participate. The purpose of this study is to compare a medicine called BI 907828 with doxorubicin in people with liposarcoma. BI 907828 is a so-called MDM2 inhibitor that is being developed to treat cancer. Doxorubicin is a medicine already used to treat cancer including liposarcoma. During the study, participants get either BI 907828 or doxorubicin. Every 3 weeks, participants take BI 907828 as tablets or doxorubicin as an infusion into a vein. Participants can switch to BI 907828 treatment if they did not benefit from doxorubicin treatment. Participants can continue treatment in the study as long as they benefit from it and can tolerate it. Doctors regularly check the size of the tumour and check whether it has spread to other parts of the body. The doctors also regularly check participants’ health and take note of any unwanted effects.
