Primary purpose: To provide a coordinated, long-term national framework to reduce the cancer burden and cancer mortality while improving equality, quality of life, and effectiveness of cancer prevention, early detection, treatment, rehabilitation, and research across Finland, through clearly defined objectives, concrete measures, responsible actors, and measurable indicators guiding policy, service organisation, and investment up to 2035.
